How To Cancel Your Service?
Log in to your Billing Account.
Click on "Orders" and pick the server you'd like to cancel by clicking on "Cancel".
If you'd like to just downgrade your service instead of canceling, you can do it by clicking on "Downgrade Server" and picking a lower tier package.
If you'd like to cancel, click on "Cancel Subscription".
Please briefly describe your reason for the cancellation so we could improve our services. Once written, click on "Cancel Subscription".
Done! You have successfully cancelled your service at WiseHosting and you will receive an email with confirmation right after. If you have any questions or concerns, we're here to help you through the ticket system.
How do I know if my cancellation request is active?
After you have requested cancellation for your service, there will be two things that display the active request:
The due date field now has "Expires" written before the date.
Button "Cancel" has changed to "Cancel Cancellation" - clicking on it will continue your server subscription!
