1. Having an Admin Account
If you already are an OP on your server, simply skip this step.

2. Enabling Keep Inventory
As the Gamerule is dependent on dimension, you'll have to enable it once in Overworld, Nether and The End. Use the shown command In-Game:
/gamerule keepInventory true
NB! The command is case-sensitive! Please make sure that you type it in exactly as shown.
Simple as that - your players will not lose any items now after anything goes wrong! :)
