How To Upgrade/Downgrade Your Package?
Login to your Billing Area account.
Click on "Orders" and pick the server you'd like to upgrade/downgrade by clicking "Upgrade".
In here you have the option to choose the new package and the billing cycle. I'm going to be upgrading from Creeper to Pigman. When done, click on "Upgrade".
This will open up the final page which shows the total due today, promo code option, and the payment method option. When selected your preferences, click on "Upgrade".
You received an unpaid invoice and once it's been paid, the service will be automatically upgraded to the new plan.
