How to Contact Support?

This article shows you step-by-step on how to contact the support team at WiseHosting.

If you still cannot find the answer to your question, our 24/7 technical support team can be contacted through support tickets (preferred), live-chat, or email.

How to open a Ticket?

  1. Navigate to the "Help & Support" page in the billing area and click on the "New Ticket" button.

  2. Select the affected service (if any), the department, and write the subject and message.

  1. Once done, click on "Create Ticket" and our support department will answer to your concern as soon as possible!

How to open Live Chat?

If you do not see the live-chat bubble on the website, your internet connection, browser, or anti-virus may be interfering with it. Please try opening the website on another device.

  1. Navigate to the home-page of WiseHosting and click on the small bubble on the bottom-right of your screen.

  1. Open the bubble and click on "Send us a message" to start the live-chat conversation.

How to send an Email?

  1. Navigate to the "Contact Us" page and type in your name, email, subject and message.

  1. Once done, click on "Send" to send us the email - our team will respond to you as soon as possible so keep an eye on the incoming emails!
