If you decide to allow cracked players to join the server, be aware of the following:
1. The players WILL NOT be authenticated by Mojang's servers before they connect which means that anyone can log in to anyone's account. This can be prevented with the LoginSecurity plugin.
2. The players will not have any skins by default. They will all be rocking the Steve and Alex skins. The skins can be restored with the SkinsRestorer plugin.
When you change the line "online-mode", your server will reset all the players inventories and statistics as it creates new (local) UUIDs for every player.

How to Enable Cracked Players?
Head over to the Game Panel and stop your server.
Navigate to the "Properties" tab.
Find the following options, and change their values from "enabled" to "disabled":
enforce-secure-profile online-mode
Done! You can now start the server for changes to take effect.
